Consultation Boundaries

Science & Soul offers 15-minute Curiosity Calls as a courtesy for prospective clients. Because our work is rooted in biological architecture, these calls often transition into active somatic exploration. If the session exceeds 15 minutes or transitions into clinical inquiry, it is categorized as a Stabilization Consultation, and a professional fee of $50 will be billed to the card on file. This ensures the integrity of the clinical schedule and the value of the expertise provided.

Secure Card on File:

By booking a Curiosity Call, you authorize our secure payment processor to store a 'tokenized' version of your payment method. This allows for the seamless processing of the $50 overage fee should the session exceed the 15-minute courtesy window. This storage is handled through a secure third-party gateway to ensure your maximum digital privacy.

Cancellation Policy

Your nervous system requires consistency. We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable and forfeited.
