We collect only the information necessary to facilitate your nervous system regulation and professional coaching:

  • Identification: Name, professional role, and contact information.

  • Somatic Assessment: Information provided in intake forms regarding your stress patterns, physiological goals, and history as it relates to performance coaching.

  • Financials: Financial Integrity: To facilitate our $50 consultation overage policy, a credit card is required to be held on file. Science & Soul utilizes tokenization via our secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. This means your sensitive card data is stored in a secure encrypted vault managed by [Stripe/Square]. Science & Soul never sees, handles, or stores your full credit card number on our internal servers..

2. Use of Data: Purposeful Integration

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Customize your 12-week Residency or Stabilization protocols.

  • Manage scheduling and administrative communication.

  • Analyze aggregated, anonymous trends to improve the "Provider Protocol" (your individual identity is never attached to this research).

3. Confidentiality & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Your somatic profile is held in strict professional confidence. Disclosure only occurs in the following rare circumstances:

  • Consent: You provide explicit written permission to coordinate with another provider (e.g., your therapist or doctor).

  • Safety: There is a perceived threat of imminent harm to yourself or others.

  • Legal: As required by a valid court order or legal mandate.

4. Security Architecture

We employ industry-standard encryption and secure hosting (Squarespace/Acuity) to protect your information. While no digital transmission is 100% secure, we prioritize "Privacy by Design" to minimize your digital footprint.

5. Your Rights: Data Sovereignty

You maintain sovereignty over your data. At any time, you may:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold on your behalf.

  • Request the permanent deletion of your intake forms and contact history.

  • Withdraw your consent for email communications (The Somatic Brief).
