When the nervous system is under stress, clarity becomes harder to access. Insight, intuition, and even logic can feel foggy or unreliable.
This isn’t a failure of awareness. It’s a signal that your system needs support.

A gentle embodied practice you can return to anytime
A short reflection to support integration and inner listening
The practice takes about 7–10 minutes and can be done seated or lying down.
